We Oh my goodness that procedure was painful only for about a min but still.  (“A sonohystogram is an ultrasound procedure which uses no radiation.  It is used to better visualize the inside of the uterus and endometrium.  Most often it is used to view fibroids and polyps, or any other abnormalities of the uterine cavity that could interfere with pregnancy.  Fibroids are usually found by your doctor during a routine physical examination.  A pelvic exam allows a physician to feel the size and shape of the uterus.  If the uterus is enlarged or irregularly shaped, fibroids may be present. A sonohystogram takes around 30 minutes.  During a sonohystogram you are positioned similar to a gynecological exam and cleaned with an antibacterial soap.l  A catheter is inserted through the cervix, and a small inflated balloon holds it in place.  Saline is injected into the uterus and ultrasound pictures are then obtained.  The procedure may cause some cramping in the abdomen, and these may last for a while after the sonohystogram.”)  So everything was normal 🙂 We then went to go talk with the nurse about our schedule, medications, consent forms, then went over the injections on how to do the injections and where and so on.  ok so the medications will not start until August 17th besides the birth control.  On the 17th I begin the Lupron (injection) every morning  at 10 units with the birth control (birth control continues till the 21st of August),  Once a cycle starts up again I will have to call them up so I can get my appointment for my next blood test and ultrasound to make sure everything still looks good. Then I add two more injections to my day which are Menopur also taken in the morning and Follistim taken at night at this point the Lupron will be dropped to 5 units. around Sept 11th I will begin going every other day to get my blood drawn to make sure that my levels are going up and everything is good, which by the way I found out today that I get to do here in Longview  so I wont be driving 5 hours a day 🙂 . Sept 16 Jason and I start taking the Z pack and I take a HCG injection then anywhere from Sept 17th to Sept 22 will be our retrieval day which they said once they gather the eggs and fertilize them we will be considered a month pregnant.  3 to 5 days after retrieval we go back to Dallas to transfer the embryo back to me. I am now pregnant and I stop all those injections and start the Progesterone injection  then  at 2 weeks after the retrieval we take a pregnancy test to make sure baby is still holding on and doing good. I continue to see the IVF doctor till I’m 6-10 weeks pregnant then I am switched back to my normal OB-GYN! 🙂

Then the last thing we discussed was our DUE DATE!!!!  Which is June 13th as long as everything goes right!!!
